This is important so that you get to know the working methods of the different departments and can, for example, create drawings that are more suitable for production.

• Machining metal, e.g. turning, milling, straightening, grinding

At the beginning of your apprenticeship, you will learn the basics of metal processing such as filing, marking and punching in our apprentice workshop. This knowledge is initially applied to practice pieces, and later also to customer orders.

The training to become a warehouse clerk (m/f/d) lasts two years, the in-service training takes place at the vocational schools in Kehl. We expect you to be willing to work hard, enjoy teamwork and be able to work independently.

In return, we offer you interesting training in a modern environment, varied tasks and fair remuneration.

Your main tasks as a warehouse clerk (m/f/d) are:

• Receiving and checking deliveries
• Proper storage and retrieval of goods
• Carrying out stocktaking
• Checking stock levels
• loading and unloading trucks

Handling a forklift truck is also part of your daily work. If you are already 18 years old when you start your training, you can get your forklift driver's licence straight away. Otherwise, this will come in the course of the training.
