Stator-precisiekoeler voor LMFA

Door het gebruik van de stator-precisiekoeler in combinatie met onze HIWIN lineaire motoren uit de serie LMFA en de forcer-precisiekoelers kan de thermische ontkoppeling tussen lineaire motor en machine verder worden verbeterd. Met name bij korteslagtoepassingen bereiken ook de stators hoge oppervlaktetemperaturen die hogere temperaturen in de werkruimte van de machine veroorzaken. De statorkoelers gaan dat op effectieve wijze tegen, doordat ze de warmte uit de stators via het koelcircuit uit de machine afvoeren. Afhankelijk van de bouwgrootte is er een standaardvariant beschikbaar die gericht is op optimaal koelvermogen en als alternatief een speciale uitvoering voor moeilijk toegankelijke of krap ingebouwde toepassingen.
