Clamping elements perform tasks of the highest importance in positioning and holding. They ensure the precision of machining operations, enable efficient production with short cycle times and allow for maximum safety for man and machine with a secure hold.

HK

The elements of the HK series are factory-set to the profile rail type used and the appropriate rail dimension. The contact profiles are pressed onto the free spaces of the linear guideways. The clamping process therefore has no influence on the accuracy and service life of the profile rails. Clamping is done manually by turning the clamping lever.
MK

The pneumatically operated MK series is designed for clamping on linear guideways. The function is based on a dual-acting wedge gear. The clamping element is opened without pressure. The elements are factory-set to the respective rail dimension.
MKS

The pneumatically operated MKS series is a safety component. The pneumatically operated MKS series is designed for clamping on linear guideways. The function is based on a dual-acting wedge gear with a spring mechanism. The spring mechanism ensures that the clamping element is closed without pressure. The holding forces can be increased by means of a PLUS connection (not for MKRS), provided this is listed in the technical data, by pneumatic pressure support of the spring mechanism. The elements are factory-set to the respective rail dimensions.
